FootJoy - Review content not displaying on PDP, when PLP snippet shows positive review count

Symptom
Hi Drive Commerce team, we have a ticket in our current support release related to an issue around review content (managed by our integration with Power Reveiws) not displaying properly for the FootJoy sites. Capgemini has called out an issue they are seeing related to this on the Drive Commerce side. Could you please review the following feedback & provide a response as soon as you are able to (as this is a ticket that our teams are currently working to resolve)?

You can refresh the page and sometimes get the 0 Reviews issue to show up. It looks like it is due to content in the comparison tool that is provided by Drive. There seems to be another instance or include of the Power Reviews logic with a hard coded merchant id, which causes a conflict with the SFCC Power Reviews implementation. I think they should not load another instance of PR to be able to show the reviews in their widget as this seems to be the source of the issue on the page.

Hi Aaron,
Here is an example of a PDP where the product is showing a review count of 23 on the PLP, but no reviews are present on the PDP.

@Jennifer Thompson can you update the compare content asset in staging to use the attached build? there are no functionality changes here, just an update to add some additional logging to help with the debugging process. footjoy-comparison-tool--2026-03-26-at-16.28.23.EST.html
I’ve updated the content asset in dev and am trying to test it there, but I’ve not yet been able to replicate the issue. All of the dev calls appear to use the correct merchant ID - 559706181 on the US site and 993157514 on the JP site.
